Aeries Data Confirmation

The window for data confirmation for the 2019-2020 school year opened on April 1, 2019.   If your student attends a TUSD school you can now go online to confirm or change your student’s data for the new school year through TUSD Family Link.

If you update and confirm your student’s information online, you will not need to complete an entire first day packet during the first month of the new school year.  There will be some parent approval forms that will need to be completed for your individual school, the majority of the data can be changed or confirmed through this process.

If your student attends a TUSD school:

  1. TUSD Family Link Account – In order to make changes or confirm yours student(s) data, you will need to have an account created in the TUSD Family Link parent portal program.  Detailed instructions for creating a new TUSD Family Link account can be found here.
  2. Complete the Data Confirmation process online using TUSD Family Link Parent PortalOpen Family Link
    • Click on the yellow banner at the top of the Family Link Parent Portal website that reads “You have not yet completed the Student Data Confirmation Process. Click Here to confirm the information about your student.” OR
    • Select the “Student Info” tab at the top of the screen and select “Data Confirmation” from the drop-down list.
  3. Please update any information regarding your residence/mailing address changes, contact information, emergency contacts, medical history and annual authorization documents.
  4. If your address has changed, please bring your proof of residence documents to the school office. Acceptable proof of residence documents: 
  • Most current utility bill (TID, PG&E, City of Turlock, etc.) with new address on it.
  • Current telephone bill (landline or cell).
  • Monthly mortgage payment with current address listed.
  • Current monthly rental or lease agreement.
  • Escrow document with closing statement.
